The Client
Swingvy is the leading all-in-one HR platform for small and medium businesses. By seamlessly connecting all HR information, Swingvy automates every administrative work including employee onboarding, core HR, leave application, payroll, and benefits administration without hassle. The company is located in 4 offices across Asia, 10 nationalities, and various professional backgrounds.
The Brief
Swingvy's motto is “People matter” and the previous website
was not able to convey the company's value proposition. They
wanted to enhance the brand perception of Swingvy through their
SaaS website and marketing material which can portray the values
and motto the company stands for.
The challenge was to enhance the SaaS website, making it people-centric,
increasing the website's page load speed, and have a coherent
blog CMS built for them.
The Solution
We designed and developed the new SaaS website in Webflow along with Blog CMS structure that works for their marketing team and editors. Optimized and enhanced their page load speed and delivered coherent marketing material which binds the brand as a whole.
Building an identity for each product.
Swingvy offers 6 different HR products (HR Hub, Leave, Time, Claims, Payroll, Benefits, and Mobile) which had to have an identity of their own making each product stand out using shapes.
Visual marketing assets.
To make a brand coherent and show how much the brand cares about its customers it is important to have a coherent identity across different channels. We worked closely and communicated daily with Swingvy's marketing team, iterating and sharing new marketing design assets to bind the Swingvy brand together.
